Recently renovated, it is a rustic style barn with a fireplace, and spacious and suitable for parties,
dinners and refreshments in any season.
The fireplace was created specifically for cooking grilled meat on pine cones, cooked on the spot in front of the customer to always guarantee ideal cooking. We won the 1st prize of the Agri&Tur 2007 peasant cuisine competition with our 'cotechino alla brace', among other dishes.
We are also specialised in the production of first courses of stuffed pasta, or of cappellacci, ravioli and tortelli of all kinds, always paying respect to the traditional lineage of Ferrara.
Our menus follow the seasonality of our products, therefore vary periodically and favour the 'princely' vegetables of our lands:
pumpkins, onions, potatoes, tomatoes and melons.
All this, combined with our passion for our roots and traditions, will allow you to discover true and authentic flavours.
